Finding inspiration and joy in every day.

Hello! I’m Sandra, a wife and proud mother of four wonderful young men. I believe wholeheartedly in the idea that anything worth doing is worth doing right.

I am currently pursuing my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. In 2012, while living in South Carolina, I was inspired to do something in my community to bring awareness and positive light to people with Down syndrome. I decided to host a Buddy Walk, which led my path to cross with a small local nonprofit called the Grand Strand Down Syndrome Society. I served the board from 2012 to 2023 in various roles, including board member, Buddy Walk coordinator, secretary, and president. The group holds a special place in my heart, and I will be forever grateful for the relationships I formed while in South Carolina.

Once I obtain my degree, my dream is to serve as a consultant for nonprofits, helping them cut through dilemmas and develop programming that aligns with their mission so they can focus on the good work they have set out to do. I am currently available to provide services such as fundraising and event coordination, online marketing, and website management.
